Tuesday night rides in April

Come join ABCx--Austin Bike Chix as they host rides on Tuesday evenings to get you prepared for biking on the road so you can ride with more confidence and join some of the longer rides that Austin hosts!

Did you just get a bike? Do you have a bike that you haven’t ridden in years? Does attending other group bike rides scare you? Have lots of questions that need answers? Want to participate in a charity ride, but don’t know where to start? Come ride with us!

ABCx Bike rides will get you acquainted with your bike in a friendly, non competitive manner. We’ll go for a 10.5-15   mile ride to get those legs moving in the right direction and get your heart pumping and build your confidence! Along the ride you’ll receive tips to help you become a better biker. These rides are best suited for the beginner rider who can comfortably ride 7-8 miles and is looking to increase mileage. Be ready to roll at 6:30, don't forget your helmet

Who are the Austin Bike Chix? We are fun females who like to ride bikes and help get others involved in bike riding! Bike riding has empowered us in many aspects and we'd like to pass some of that power on!

When: Tuesdays in April 10, & 24, 2012, 6:30 PM be ready to roll. Sorry, no public ride on the 17th.
